About the Role
This role reports to the Director, Motorsport Events and is responsible for developing and implementing events, hospitality programmes and brand experiences, both at and away from the track.
What You Will Be Doing
- In partnership with suppliers, rights holders and sister agencies to deliver partnership events and hospitality programmes aligned to client objectives, audience profiles and budgets.
- Manage all aspects of event deliverables, including merchandise, collateral, contractual assets and status reporting, ensuring usage is tracked and maximised.
- Provide regular reporting and evaluation, interpreting results and recommending improvements to clients.
- Oversee the development and delivery of required events and activations, pulling through the core client narrative at every touchpoint.
- Continuously seek cost-saving measures, monitor and approve spending of direct reports, and manage a team of junior members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Promote conflict resolution among staff and recommend solutions.
- Maintain close communication with the Account Director and the Head of Events – Motorsport to ensure consistent delivery of best practice.
- Support the management of Motorsport events documents, trackers, templates and planning materials.
- Proactively identify and share partner news relevant to the team and suppliers in the F1 and motorsport network.
- Develop clear, concise internal and external presentations and reports.
- Track time and financial expenses on a day-to-day basis.
What You Need
- Strong agency experience; Motorsport (F1) experience is preferred.
- Experience working with large global brands.
- Excellent multi-tasking, problem-identification and proactive solution-orientation.
- Strong operations and logistics management skills, including planning shipments, transport and global travel.
- Advanced spreadsheet and budget management skills using Microsoft Excel; presentation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills internally and with clients/suppliers.
- Team management experience overseeing junior team members.
- Creative thinking and awareness of event industry trends.
- Attention to detail and organisational precision.
- International travel will be required in the delivery of client activations and events.
