Position Summary
THE TEAM operates at the epicenter of sports, music and entertainment, serving talent, brands and properties on a global scale. The organization works closely with iconic brands and rights holders to support business growth through all marketing disciplines. This role is a Senior Account Manager that will support the planning and execution of a global NFL partnership, delivering high‑profile NFL International activations for the client across multiple international markets and creating best‑in‑class fan experiences.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Assist in day‑to‑day management of the global activation vertical under the Account Director; clearly communicate client needs to internal teams; manage progress and output; update the team on account/project status; develop and manage project timing plans; lead presentations of work, project updates, budget and other relevant information in written and face‑to‑face formats; ensure projects are delivered to brief, SOW, budget, deadline and KPI requirements; troubleshoot and problem‑solve.
- Client Management: Handle day‑to‑day client contact to deliver activation planning and delivery; set up and lead client meetings with agendas and minutes; communicate with clients and document all status updates, meeting reports and agendas; instill confidence in all delivery aspects.
- Budget & Commercial Support: Support budget tracking and reconciliation across assigned workstreams; contribute to the development of budget components for larger projects; maintain awareness of project scope and identify efficiencies.
- Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Coordination: Work collaboratively across internal teams, contribute to a positive environment; assist senior team members with project delivery; act as a reliable point of contact for day‑to‑day communications with external stakeholders.

Requirements
- At least 5+ years of agency‑background experience in the sports, entertainment or related industries.
- High‑level proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially advanced PowerPoint skills.
- Experience in brand building or agency work, with a strong interest in NFL and/or sports and entertainment industries.
- Expert knowledge of project management fundamentals and exposure to budget tracking and financial processes.
- Proven account‑management skills for creating, maintaining and enhancing client relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with a can‑do attitude.
- Willingness to travel internationally at key points across the calendar year.
