Our Client Services team plays a key role in the delivery of our client accounts and events.
An extremely busy, fast-paced, exciting and diverse area of the LIVE TEAM business, we deliver throughout the UK, Europe and for clients across the globe.
This role sits within our Motorsports team in Orpington, based between this office and some on-site time with our clients.
You'll be working as part of an experienced and dynamic team, primarily focusing on the successful management and operational delivery of extensive signage and branding projects.
You will work across the entire life cycle of prominent projects from start to finish.
Project planning is central to what we do, and you'll be leading on client and stakeholder management, budgeting, feasibility reviews and implementation, problem solving and risk mitigation, as well as on-site crew management and stakeholder liaison.
This role will require regular international travel for periods up to 14 days.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Central senior day to day contact for our clients and overall management of project delivery.
Creation of project and signage programs, budgets and project documentation, developing successful delivery strategies based on client-led operational deadlines.
Detailed advance planning and management of complex logistical requirements.
Providing clear and timely internal communications, working with LIVE TEAM Studio, Production and Logistics Teams to schedule capacity and ensure detailed planning, as well as management of on-site resource/teams.
Communicating and managing program deadlines with clients, ensuring key dates are met and client expectations are continuously managed.
Understand, develop and manage the client's objectives, priorities and expectations.
Provide line management and direction to other team members, ensuring all client and LIVE TEAM requirements are met to the highest standards and team members are supported and developed.
Lead by example and ensure knowledge sharing within the team and wider business.
Ensuring LIVE TEAM and client Health and Safety processes are adhered to, promoting best practice across every single project.
