Position Overview

LIVE·TEAM is seeking an organized, proactive Traffic Manager to keep the creative studio moving.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Flow: Manage project movement from brief to delivery, ensuring visibility across priorities and deadlines.
  • Plan the Resource: Build and maintain schedules, allocating work based on availability, skillset, urgency and project complexity.
  • Protect the Team: Identify bottlenecks early, flag risks clearly, and help prevent unrealistic workloads.
  • Keep Briefs Sharp: Gather, organize and distribute assets, information and briefing documents the creative team needs.
  • Connect the Dots: Act as central liaison between creative, account, production, finance and project teams.

Qualifications

  • Studio Traffic Management: Experience coordinating multiple creative projects, shifting priorities and competing deadlines.
  • Project Management Tools: Comfortable using Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, Monday.com or similar scheduling systems.
  • Administration & Reporting: Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, for managing timesheets, trackers, briefs and documentation.
  • Commercial Awareness: Understanding of invoicing, project hours and studio time budgeting.
  • Highly Organised: Ability to manage multiple moving parts without details slipping.
  • A Clear Communicator: Proficient at briefing, chasing, clarifying and escalating with appropriate tone.
  • Solutions‑Focused: Provide actionable solutions to problems.
  • Comfortable in the Middle: Balance creative needs, client demands, production realities and commercial pressure diplomatically.
