The role is within our Brand Experience Division at LIVE·TEAM, focusing on a supermarket brand to deliver multiple experiences across the country. This hybrid role works from London and Orpington offices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with the client and conduct day‑to‑day client management.
- Maintain good communication and reporting, externally with the client and internally within LIVE·TEAM and the wider group.
- Understand and develop the client’s project briefs, contributing strategic and creative thinking to shape platforms.
- Lead brainstorms, bringing industry knowledge to shape ideas and deliver well‑written presentations in both content and narrative.
- Project management, ensuring the project systems and procedures are set up and structured correctly.
- Plan and deliver projects, oversee on‑site activations, create and manage budgets and handle project administration.
- Day‑to‑day financial control of client budgets—pricing, profit, budget approvals and payments.
- Manage venue selection and booking, ensuring all H&S and other paperwork is in place.
- Coordinate and manage staffing partners, production suppliers and any third parties engaged for project delivery.
- Develop and manage project timelines; maintain project reports, job sheets and schedules.
- Set KPIs and conduct campaign evaluation, including KPIs, key learnings and robust case studies.
- Identify additional business opportunities within client accounts.
- Lead by example, setting standards, ensuring best practice and high quality of work.
- Line‑manage an Account Executive, providing day‑to‑day guidance, support and development.
- Build strong internal relationships and foster good team spirit among client teams.
- Proactively seek ways to grow the account by becoming an ambassador of LIVE·TEAM services.

- Experiential / live events experience, both planning and on‑site.
- Excellent account management skills.
- Excellent planning and project management skills.
- Ability to influence decision‑making processes within the agency and the client organisation.
- Ability to multi‑task across several activations with tight deadlines.
- Ability to think on your feet and resolve unforeseen issues promptly.
- Ability to enthuse and motivate others.

- Ability to analyse project performance and provide structured feedback.
- Financial and budget management skills.
- Presentation skills (writing and delivery), including Microsoft PowerPoint.
