Depending on Your Level, You Might Be:

  • Account Executive (0–2 yrs exp) – The engine, supporting programs with logistics, documentation, and hands‑on coordination. Eager to learn, quick on your feet, and a team player to the core.
  • Account Manager / Sr. Account Manager (3–6 yrs exp) – The day‑to‑day client lead and internal driver. Manages timelines, scopes, and production alignment. Thinks two steps ahead and can pivot quickly with grace.
  • Account Director (6+ yrs exp) – Leads accounts and client relationships at a strategic level. Guides teams, owns budgets, solves problems fast, and helps shape the client’s vision into a winning experience. Comfortable in a boardroom and on‑site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main client point of contact for active programs.
  • Lead timelines, budgets, scopes, and staffing plans.
  • Work closely with internal creative, production and operations teams.
  • Translate client goals into clear internal direction.
  • Manage onsite execution and post‑event wrap.
