The Manager, Experiential position is responsible for developing and implementing events, hospitality programmes, and brand experiences across global markets. The role works closely with the account team and partners with third‑party contractors to deliver high‑quality activation work.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trusted client relationships as daily contact.
- Manage regular project and status meetings with clients.
- Support project planning with senior leads.
- Liaise with third‑party contractors, defining required services.
- Participate in delivery, build and activation of event elements.
- Design schedules for contractor movements, crew shifts and staff movements.
- Manage technical outlay for clients, ensuring products are delivered to event set‑ups.
- Manage venues and associated local contractors.
- Lead day‑to‑day project budgeting, track payment schedules and reconcile budgets across projects.
- Write quote requests, negotiate supplier quotes, and raise purchase orders across staffing budgets.
- Oversee installation of live events, manage onsite contractors, and be point of contact for client requests.
- Maintain workforce performance standards and report issues to senior lead.
- Support hospitality team at events and spaces as required.
- Ensure return of team equipment and kit to the warehouse and inventory post‑event.
- Compile post‑event reports with performance analysis.
- Operate within Workday and other project/finance management systems.
- Create event briefing documents and training aids for suppliers.
- Assist in purchasing additional kit or equipment and manage receipts and post‑event expenses.
- Provide support to team members outside of core responsibilities when required.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to instruct clearly to clients and team members.
- Positive, friendly, and attentive disposition, considerate of onsite team welfare.
- Responsive, proactive, and forward‑thinking problem‑solving skills, calm under pressure.
- Solid experience in experiential build and activation.
- Experience with large global consumer brands (preferred).
- Agency experience, preferably motorsport (F1).
- Knowledge of and passion for Formula 1 is essential.
- Comfort with wider sport, music and entertainment is a bonus.
