Reporting to the AVP Growth & Development, this role will work with teams across B&P at all levels and will be primarily responsible for leading the development of credential decks, proposals and case studies for business development opportunities, as well as project management of proposal responses.
Responsibilities
- Asset Guardianship
- Overall management of UK company credentials, updating in accordance with global BD requirements.
- Lead on the development of bespoke credentials for growth opportunities with both prospects and clients across EMEA, APAC and ANZ.
- Manage portfolio of case studies, working with account teams to showcase our best and most impactful work.
- Support management and storage of all collateral, acting as the business knowledge base for BD-related matters.
- Pitch process
- Work with BD project leads to drive responses, managing multiple departmental leads to produce winning pitch responses.
- Support the development and implementation of our Pitch Process on BD RFPs, collating and communicating learnings to drive continuous evolution and improvement.
- Lead on completion of RFIs, leveraging relationships across the business to collate necessary data and information.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience working in marketing services, sports or sports marketing, in business development, account management or project management.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides – ability to create presentations and credential decks.
- Familiarity working with AI platforms.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Good understanding of global partnerships and activation, and of the role of the business development function.
- Brings great energy and a positive attitude with a desire to 'get stuck in.'
- Demonstrates agility, adaptability and strong work output, especially in client-facing situations such as pitch presentations, daily internal interface and external stakeholder communications.
