We are looking for a Junior Designer to join our Creative team in Aldwych House. The successful candidate will work across a variety of sports and brand materials as part of a vibrant, multi-skilled team within our global agency. An ambitious team player who is passionate about graphic design, visual solutions and is naturally artistic; able to work collaboratively and bring lots of ideas and energy, under pressure. Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Design Director, Design Leads and Senior Designers to create and roll out design solutions.
- Help develop campaign identities, branding, look and feel, and brand identities for both new and existing clients.
- Create work from scratch, work from brand guidelines, or challenge and evolve brand assets.
- Handle multiple design projects from brief through to completion for both internal and external audiences.
- Visualise and mock up design work across a range of applications including social, web, OOH, branded environments and livery.
- Format design deliverables for a range of applications including social media, digital infographics and toolkits.
- Present your work to colleagues and internal teams.
- Act as a brand guardian for client brands.
- Design internal communications and act as a brand guardian for THE·TEAM brand.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year agency experience, ideally within sports.
- Experience designing for multiple disciplines and channels including branding, web, social, print, and OOH.
- Great visualisation skills for creating key visuals and mock‑ups.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat Pro).
- Basic working knowledge of Figma an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides and Keynote an advantage.
- Experience with Midjourney and Adobe Firefly a bonus.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to work within timeframes.
- Ability to build strong relationships, work with initiative and take verbal direction.
- Good understanding of designing within brand guidelines.
- Agility to be involved in projects of all types and timeframes from either a design conceptualisation point or simply to provide support at a campaign’s art‑working stage.
- Willingness to help where needed.
- Basic understanding of the print production process.
- Awareness of emerging technologies and trends, with a commitment to staying on top of them.
- Passion for sports, music and entertainment recommended.
