  • What you will be doing
  • Motivating and inspiring creative teams; serve as overall creative lead across art direction, copywriting, content creation and design.
  • Directing all phases of creative work from concept through production.
  • Leading the day‑to‑day team on always‑on newsroom‑style creative output during the FIFA World Cup.
  • Promoting creative improvement and actively contributing to a culture of innovation, excellence and accountability.
  • Identifying cultural moments where the brand can credibly participate and drive World Cup conversations.
  • Leading ideation and execution across always‑on social, real‑time moments and creator collaborations.
  • Fostering an environment for a motivated, inspired creative team.
  • Partnering with account and cross‑functional team leaders to manage senior‑level clients.
  • Developing and delivering thought leadership and creative solutions that strengthen clients’ visual market distinction and leadership position.

Skills and Experience

  • 7+ years’ experience providing creative counsel to top‑tier clients, ideally creating opportunities for brands in social channels and with sport‑focused clients.
  • Strong passion for sport, culture and entertainment; in‑depth football knowledge is a must.
  • Experience working at pace in high‑pressure, real‑time environments.
  • Experience leading an always‑on, newsroom‑style content engine.
  • Strong experience using social media to solve brand/business challenges.
  • Ability to develop high‑level strategies and adjust alongside shifting goals.
  • Demonstrated passion for and understanding of social media.
  • Success in developing big ideas that forge strong emotional connections between consumer and brand, supported by thorough research.
  • Intellectual agility to look at the big picture instead of day‑to‑day details.
  • Charm to build relationships (internally and with clients) and collaborative leadership skills.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation ability.
  • Innate curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Commitment to excellence; working nonstandard hours when necessary; anticipating issues, communicating with diplomacy; identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation.
