Hospitality & Event Services Manager
Location: Wentworth, Surrey (Head Office) & Tournament Locations.
Contract: 12-month maternity cover.
Who we are The European Tour group is one of the world's pre-eminent golf organisations. We run the worldwide DP World Tour, Staysure Legends Tour, and HotelPlanner Tour, and we organise, alongside the PGA of America, golf's greatest team contest – the Ryder Cup.
About the role We're looking for a dynamic Hospitality & Event Services Manager to join our Championship Management team on a 12-month fixed term basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering world-class tournament experiences and will take ownership of player, guest, and hospitality services across our events – ensuring exceptional delivery at every touchpoint, from accommodation and transport through to premium experiences and event operations.
What you'll be doing Lead the planning and delivery of hospitality and event services across our tournaments.
Manage Pro-Am events, guest communications, and logistics.
Oversee accommodation and transport for players, partners, and stakeholders.
Design and deliver premium hospitality experiences and facilities.
Lead catering operations across all user groups.
Manage fringe events such as gala dinners and receptions.
Build strong relationships with venues, partners, and key stakeholders.
Support merchandise, ticketing, and operational delivery.
What we're looking for Experience delivering large-scale events, ideally in international sport.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Confident working with senior partners and global brands.
A collaborative, proactive approach with a "one team" mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Willingness to travel internationally for extended periods.
Experience of working within the professional golf environment is a plus.
