About the role
We’re looking for a dynamic Hospitality & Event Services Manager to join our Championship Management team on a 12-month fixed term basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering world-class tournament experiences and will take ownership of player, guest, and hospitality services across our events – ensuring exceptional delivery at every touchpoint, from accommodation and transport through to premium experiences and event operations.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the planning and delivery of hospitality and event services across our tournaments.
- Manage Pro-Am events, guest communications, and logistics.
- Oversee accommodation and transport for players, partners, and stakeholders.
- Design and deliver premium hospitality experiences and facilities.
- Lead catering operations across all user groups.
- Manage fringe events such as gala dinners and receptions.
- Build strong relationships with venues, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Support merchandise, ticketing, and operational delivery.

- Experience delivering large-scale events, ideally in international sport.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Confident working with senior partners and global brands.
