We are responsible for running the world-famous DP World Tour, The Staysure Legends Tour and the Hotel Planner Tour.
We also organise, alongside the PGA of America, golf’s greatest team contest - the Ryder Cup.
The Role
We’re looking for a talented Presentation Designer to join our Partnerships Sales team and play a central role in shaping how we communicate the value of our world‑class properties, including the Ryder Cup and the DP World Tour.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Bring Commercial Stories to Life Translate sponsorship strategies and brand narratives into clear, engaging visual storytelling.
- Design high-impact sales materials, pitch decks, proposals and renewal presentations.
- Use layout, diagrams, infographics and creative mock-ups to communicate partnership value.
- Shape Best-in-Class Presentations Own and execute presentation design across the full range of sales collateral: Partnership pitch decks Sponsorship proposals Category opportunity presentations Sales support materials Partner renewal presentations.
- Use Power Point as a professional design tool to build polished, structured, visually striking presentations.
- Deliver Creative Work at Scale Produce high volumes of presentation-led design to support active commercial cycles.
- Balance multiple projects while maintaining exceptional accuracy and quality.
- Adapt existing materials and build tailored content for specific partner opportunities.
- Create Systems, Templates & Assets Build and maintain design systems, reusable assets, imagery libraries and Power Point templates.
- Ensure brand consistency across all commercial materials within the European Tour Group portfolio.
- Support New Partnership Concepts Visualise new sponsorship opportunities and creative ideas.
- Develop bespoke graphics and branded materials to elevate sales storytelling.
- Collaborate on visual elements for supporting video or image assets.
- Work Closely With Key Teams Partner with Partnerships Sales, Partnership Management and the ETg Brand team to ensure alignment on messaging, brand positioning and commercial priorities.
- Support special projects as required.
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Graphic Design, Arts, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of design experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation‑led work.
- Strong track record of creating high-quality commercial presentations.
- Expert proficiency in Power Point and Microsoft Word.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design).
- Creative Strengths Outstanding visual storytelling and the ability to make complex information simple and compelling.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high design standards.
- Working Style Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with high output demands.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Industry Knowledge (Desirable) Understanding of the sports sponsorship and partnership landscape.
- Experience in sport, media, agency or brand environments.
