The European Tour group is one of the world’s pre‑eminent golf organisations, responsible for running the DP World Tour, Staysure Legends Tour, HotelPlanner Tour and the Ryder Cup.

The DP World Tour is looking for an Accreditation Operations Executive to support Accreditation Managers and the department in planning and executing accreditation processes across our global schedule, including the Ryder Cup.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing accreditation hardware and equipment on site.
  • Preparing access boards, issuing passes, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure appropriate access.
  • Providing technical support, setting up and maintaining accreditation systems and troubleshooting issues.
  • Liaising with players, caddies, sponsors and managing logistics and travel for the team.
  • Travel extensively, work evenings and weekends as required.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Prior experience with accreditation systems.
  • Knowledge of golf events is an advantage.
  • Confidence communicating at all levels, juggling multiple tasks and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel).
  • Professionalism, discretion, and a genuine interest in travel and live events.
