The Globe is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join the kitchen team. At Chestnut, we pride ourselves on using fresh, locally sourced food and expressing culinary creativity. Working closely with the Head Chef, we are seeking an individual who has a great eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experience for our guests.

Job Requirements:

  • Ensure every dish meets our high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
  • Confident in kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Working closely with the Head Chef to cultivate a positive and motivated work environment, ensuring all team members perform to their best abilities.
