We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join our fantastic kitchen team. We champion fresh, locally sourced ingredients, seasonal creativity and dishes that showcase quality ingredients and thoughtful cooking. The Old Bridge Hotel in Huntingdon is a gorgeous, ivy‑clad, Grade II‑listed riverside property in the heart of Huntingdon, with a long history of welcoming guests. Set beside the River Great Ouse, it combines traditional charm with a well‑established food offering and comfortable accommodation. With guest rooms and dining spaces, it’s a popular choice for leisure stays, special events and relaxed getaways. - Prepare, cook and present dishes to Chestnut standards
- Support with menu prep and seasonal updates
- Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards
- Keep your section organised, clean and efficient

- Help train and guide junior team members where needed
