As the Assistant General Manager of The Lifeboat, you will lead and inspire both the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver exceptional service, while ensuring smooth operations, liaising with management and meeting financial goals. Job Requirements:

  • Lead and inspire the FOH and BOH team to achieve high standards of service.
  • Collaborate closely with other management within the property to ensure seamless guest experience.
  • Leading guests through all aspects of an enjoyable restaurant/hotel experience.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a cohesive and high-performing team.
  • Wet stock management within the property.
  • Drive financial performance by meeting and surpassing financial expectations.
