At Chestnut we strive to be a vibrant, community-focused work environment and are looking for an organised individual to take on the role of a Food and Beverage Supervisor. You will work closely with the General and Assistant Manager to host our guests through an enjoyable hospitality experience by overseeing the Front of House team at The Anchor.
Job Requirements
- To be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients and take pride in delivering a great guest experience.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the front of house team, leading by example.
- Being a team player interested in expanding their knowledge and contributing to a welcoming pub atmosphere and expanding our positive company ethos here at Chestnut.
- Having a good understanding of wet/dry stock.
- Handle cash and financial transactions accurately.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
- Reporting back to the Assistant/General manager with any concerns regarding team/property.
