The Opportunity We’re looking for a Reservations & Sales Coordinator to join our Central Sales Team, helping to maximise revenue opportunities across accommodation, dining, events and guest experiences throughout the Chestnut collection. This is a fast-paced and guest-focused role where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for handling guest enquiries, converting reservations, driving upselling opportunities and supporting our pubs and operational teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences from first enquiry through to arrival. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, commercially minded and passionate about delivering outstanding service while building strong guest relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sales & Reservations
- Managing guest enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Converting accommodation, dining, events and experience enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Driving upselling opportunities across rooms, packages, dining and experiences to maximise revenue
- Processing reservations accurately within booking systems, ensuring all guest details and preferences are captured
- Managing guest payments and ensuring balances are collected in line with company policy
- Supporting revenue targets and conversion KPIs across the Sales Team
- Building strong knowledge of Chestnut properties, offers, pricing and loyalty platforms
- Guest Experience & Operations
- Acting as a key link between the Sales Team and operational teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Communicating reservation details clearly and accurately to pub and hotel teams
- Supporting General Managers and Operations Managers with booking system and guest-related queries
- Maintaining excellent knowledge of local areas, properties and experiences to confidently advise guests
- Team & Culture
- Working collaboratively across the wider business to support operational success
- Acting as a brand ambassador for Chestnut at all times
- Bringing a positive, flexible and team-focused approach to the role

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality reservations, sales or guest services
- Strong communication skills with confidence handling guest enquiries
- A naturally organised and detail-focused approach
- Commercial awareness with the ability to spot upselling opportunities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
- Strong administration and system skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Experience with booking platforms, events coordination or hospitality systems would be advantageous.
