Titchwell Manor Hotel is seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and people-focused Breakfast Supervisor to join our team. With 28 individually styled bedrooms and a reputation for exceptional hospitality, breakfast is often the first experience our guests have each day. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves mornings and enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment guests arrive.

We are looking for a positive and energetic individual who is passionate about hospitality and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. As the face of our breakfast operation, you will greet guests with a smile, lead the morning team, and ensure every guest enjoys a relaxed and memorable start to their day. Whether it's remembering a returning guest's favourite coffee or simply offering a friendly welcome, you will play a key role in creating the warm and personal experience that Titchwell Manor is known for.

This role would suit someone who thrives in the early hours, enjoys interacting with people, and takes satisfaction in making others feel welcome. Working closely with the management team, you will help ensure every breakfast service runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the high standards our guests expect, setting the tone for the rest of their stay.

Job Requirements
  • To be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients and takes pride in delivering a great guest experience.
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the front of house team, leading by example.
  • Being a team player interested in expanding knowledge and contributing to a welcoming pub atmosphere and expanding our positive company ethos here at Chestnut.
  • Having a good understanding of wet/dry stock.
  • Handle cash and financial transactions accurately.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food services.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
  • Reporting back to the Assistant/General manager with any concerns regarding team/property.
