We are looking for a dedicated and guest-centric Senior Receptionist to join our team at Le Pont de la Tour. In this role, you will be the go-to person for the reception team, ensuring they uphold high standards of service. You will support the Reception Management team and the day-to-day reception area, managing calls, enquiries and reservations with grace and efficiency. With warmth and charm, you will build lasting relationships with guests and team members, setting a positive example for the rest of the team. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all receptionists perform to the highest standards, contributing to the overall success and reputation of the restaurant.
