The person in this Inside Sales Representative position will be responsible for reviewing drawings and specifications for quoting heating and Air Conditioning equipment. The successful candidate will conduct sales of Heating and Air Conditioning equipment, accessory parts and supplies over the phone and emails. They will also provide pricing solutions to gain orders, input orders and provide after PO support.
What you will accomplish with us:
- Provide Customer Service
- Review and evaluate technical drawings and specifications.
- Determine which heating and Air Conditioning equipment is required to meet customers’ needs
- Conduct project take offs and pricing.
- Prepare estimates based on project specifications and complete quotes.
- Cross reference to find replacement products.
- Prepare technical drawings for engineers’ approval.
- Answer calls and emails from customers/engineers and the Outside Sales staff.
- Enter orders and follow up until equipment is delivered.
- Provide after PO support to answer questions, meet delivery expectations and resolve issues.
