Role Summary

Retail Sales Assistant - Keyholder: You’ll be the friendly face helping shoppers discover their next kitchen favourite, sharing product tips, and keeping the store looking fabulous. From ringing up sales to restocking shelves, you’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and a love for great food and design to every shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Be the friendly face that greets our guests and offers expert advice on our premium cookware range.
  • Sales: Use sales techniques, product demos, and upselling to hit targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up‑to‑date with our cookware products and promotions.
  • Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing, clean, and organised store.
  • Inventory Management: Keep stock levels accurate, unpack deliveries, and manage stock.
  • Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and close cash drawer.
  • Keyholder Duties: Open and close the store, ensuring everything is locked down for each service.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather insights to improve service.
  • Flexibility: Provide support for store operations when needed.

Other Requirements

Must be 18+ due to key‑holding and lone‑working responsibilities. Flexibility to work retail trading hours, including weekends, late nights, and bank holidays.
