About Le Creuset
At Le Creuset, every dish begins with a story - and every story begins with people. Since 1925, we’ve brought generations together around the table, transforming everyday meals into cherished memories. Our legacy is built on colour, craft, and a deep passion for innovation - shaped as much by our iconic products as by the people who bring them to life.
The Recipe for Success: Role Summary
Join the vibrant world of Le Creuset as a Brand Consultant, where you’ll take full ownership of the “kitchen” for your designated account, ensuring every operational ingredient blends perfectly to showcase our Brand at its best. Working side‑by‑side with your National Merchandiser Executive, you’ll help cook up exceptional sales results, serve outstanding customer experiences, and keep our Brand looking premium and perfectly presented on the “shop-floor menu” at all times.
Ingredients: Key Responsibilities
- Welcome every customer into the “kitchen” with warmth and enthusiasm, guide them through our product “menu,” support them in choosing the perfect Le Creuset pieces, escort them to the tills when needed, and turn every interaction into a delicious sales opportunity that helps us meet our targets.
- Present and “plate up” Le Creuset products exactly as defined by the Senior National Account Manager, ensuring our displays always look good enough to eat.
- Follow Le Creuset and Store visual merchandising “recipes,” including range guides, POS materials, and product storytelling.
- Keep displays spotless, bright, and appetising.
- Ensure shelves are always fully “stocked up” with fresh product.
- Ticket items clearly and accurately, no missing ingredients!
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace through regular housekeeping, including dusting, sweeping, and removing clutter.
- Serve up exceptional product knowledge using Le Creuset’s sales “techniques”, explaining suitability, care instructions, cooking benefits, and those special ingredients that make our products unique.
- When required, demonstrate the features and benefits of Le Creuset products, bringing them to life and giving customers a true taste of what they can do.
- Handle customer queries and complaints, whether in‑store or by phone, with calm professionalism, following Le Creuset and store policies to ensure every issue is resolved quickly and leaves customers fully satisfied.
- Immediately report any customer complaints or product issues to the Senior National Account Manager or Customer Service team.
What’s On Your Seasonal Menu
- Stay in close contact with the Senior National Account Manager, sharing updates on current and future promotions, sales performance, buying trends, colours in demand, and prime display locations.
- Support the Senior National Account Manager in showcasing new ranges or promotional lines to store teams.
- Provide a weekly update call to the Senior National Account Manager to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
- Assist with stock takes as directed, ensuring every count is measured precisely and follows company guidelines.
The Perfect Blend: What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who can take full ownership of the day‑to‑day “ingredients” that keep our brand performing at its best within their assigned account. You’ll work closely with your National Merchandiser Executive to ensure everything comes together seamlessly, driving strong sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the premium, polished presentation that Le Creuset is known for in every store environment.
Your Flavour Profile (Behaviours & Traits)
You’ll bring a well‑seasoned blend of retail sales experience, confidently serving customers and helping them find the perfect addition to their kitchen. A background in cookware sales adds extra depth to your flavour, and being familiar with the current Le Creuset range is the cherry on top. Above all, you’ll have a genuine passion for cooking, someone who loves great food, great tools, and sharing that enthusiasm with every customer who walks through the door.
Skills & Qualifications - Essential Ingredients
You’ll bring a well‑balanced mix of essential “kitchen skills,” including solid numerical and literacy abilities to keep every recipe accurate and on track. Your confident verbal communication ensures you can serve information smoothly to both colleagues and customers. Exceptional customer service is the final key ingredient, allowing you to deliver warm, memorable experiences that keep guests coming back for more.
Other Requirements
You’ll need to be available to work a set “service schedule” of four days per week, from Thursday through Sunday.
