Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service – greet guests and offer expert advice on our premium cookware range.
- Sales – use sales techniques, product demos and upselling to meet targets.
- Product Knowledge – stay current with our product line and promotions.
- Merchandising – create a visually appealing and organised store.
- Inventory Management – unpack deliveries, manage stock levels and keep the pantry stocked.
- Cash Handling – process transactions accurately and cash up.
- Keyholder Duties – open and close the store, ensuring everything is locked and ready for the next shift.
