As the Translations Manager Europe, you are responsible for designing, optimizing, and governing the translation ecosystem that enables the business to communicate with clarity, consistency, and efficiency across all markets. You are part of the Commercial Marketing organization ensuring that all go-to-market activities are best in class, commercially relevant, and seamlessly implemented. You ensure that linguistic processes, tools, and technologies are modern, scalable, and aligned with the company’s premium brand positioning. Through a combination of strategic oversight and hands‑on execution, you drive continuous improvement of translation workflows, implement quality assurance measures, and champion the integration of advanced language technologies—including AI and machine translation—into daily operations. Your success is defined by your ability to collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders, country teams, and external partners, ensuring that all translated content meets the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and brand integrity.

- Bachelor’s degree in linguistics, translation, localisation management, business administration, a related field or similar.
- 3+ years of proven experience in translation management, localisation, or language operations, ideally within an international, multi‑channel environment.
- Strong understanding of translation technologies, CAT tools, terminology management systems, and machine‑translation engines.
- Demonstrated ability to optimise workflows and implement process automation.
- Experience managing external vendors and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- High command of English and at least one other European language is required.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
