The Recipe for Success: Role Summary: The Site and Health and Safety Manager plays a vital role in upholding this premium standard, not just in our products, but in the environments where our teams work and our customers shop. This position ensures that every Le Creuset space, from our elegant retail boutiques to our Head Office and warehousing facilities, reflects the same commitment to excellence, safety, and sophistication that defines our brand.
Responsibilities: In this role, you’ll take ownership of ensuring every Le Creuset space meets the highest standards of safety, compliance, and presentation. You’ll manage and coordinate external contractors for property works and maintenance projects, oversee health and safety policies and audits, and act as the key liaison with landlords, councils, and regulatory bodies. By planning and delivering site improvements, monitoring budgets, and safeguarding compliance, you’ll create environments that reflect our premium brand.
- Managing contractor schedules and ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget.
- Reviewing health and safety compliance across Head Office, retail stores, and warehousing.
- Acting as the main point of contact for internal teams and external service providers.
- Maintaining accurate records of inspections, certifications, and compliance documentation.
What’s On Your Seasonal Menu: Planning and overseeing property improvement projects and refurbishments. Conducting annual health and safety audits and implementing updated policies. Negotiating service contracts and insurance renewals. Supporting strategic initiatives to improve site safety and efficiency.
The Perfect Blend: What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in property or facilities management with a strong health and safety focus.
- In-depth knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and compliance requirements.
- Strong contractor management and negotiation skills.
- NEBOSH or IOSH qualification (essential or highly desirable).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence and flexibility for national travel.
