- Education: A recognised finance qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Tools of the Trade: Highly proficient in advanced Excel, Power BI, and strong modelling techniques.
- Special Sauces: Enthusiasm, resilience and integrity – combined with empathy, curiosity and a genuine passion for continuous improvement.
- Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple pans at once, managing deadlines, cross‑functional projects and shifting business priorities without compromising quality.
