Skills & Qualifications — Essential Ingredients

Experience: Well‑seasoned finance business partner in a complex organisation, ideally in a Finance, Retail, or FMCG kitchen, and preferably within an omni-channel commercial. Able to operate confidently across a busy “kitchen” of multi‑regional teams. Ability to work at high heat — influencing senior leaders, steering commercial strategy, and supporting teams through both steady simmering and rapid boil moments.

Education: A recognised finance qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)

Tools of the Trade: Highly proficient in the essential utensils of modern finance: advanced Excel, Power BI, and strong modelling techniques. You know how to turn raw data into a perfectly blended mix of insight and clarity, ready to serve to stakeholders at every level.
