The Recipe for Success: Role Summary As the Associate Visual Merchandiser Europe you support the Visual Merchandising Manager in executing and maintaining high-quality visual merchandising standards across all European markets. The role focuses on operational excellence, ensuring that all displays, guidelines, and brand executions are delivered on time, accurately implemented, and aligned with the brand’s visual identity. The purpose of this role is to strengthen day-to-day merchandising operations by providing reliable coordination, communication, and logistical support ultimately enabling the Manager to focus on strategic planning, creative development, and regional leadership.

Ingredients: Key Responsibilities

  • Visual Execution - Own and drive the execution of seasonal VM rollouts, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Ensure stores receive timely and complete VM guidelines, tools, and materials.
  • Track implementation across markets and follow up with store teams for alignment.
  • Coordinate shipments of VM materials, props, and fixtures across markets.
  • Monitor stock levels of VM tools and order replacements when needed.
  • Support the creation, organization, and distribution of VM guidelines and toolkits.
  • Maintain digital libraries of guidelines, planograms, and visual assets.
  • Conduct occasional store visits to evaluate, audit, and reinforce visual consistency.

Project Management

  • Prepare presentations, documents, and visuals for internal meetings and regional updates.
  • Support budget tracking for VM materials.
  • Manage the communication between regional team, local markets, and external vendors.
  • Be responsible for the sample order process for VM samples.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with local marketing and retail leads, merchandising and products teams to ensure VM readiness for launches.
  • Help gather feedback from markets to support continuous improvement.

  • 2-3+ years of experience in a marketing environment.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining cross-functional relationships.

  • Passion for retail and visual merchandising.
  • Required travel up to 25%.
  • Proven high command of English is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
