The Recipe for Success: Role Summary As a member of Le Creuset's Finance team, you will help shape the financial heartbeat of a brand known for timeless design and vibrant colour. From budgeting and reporting to analysis and compliance, you will ensure our numbers tell a clear, accurate story that supports smart decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities: What's on your Daily Menu:

  • Identify opportunities to simplify and automate invoice processing
  • Lead improvements across our P2P processes and D365 system
  • Analyse data to identify bottlenecks and drive efficiency improvements
  • Design and implement KPI dashboards to monitor AP performance
  • Document processes, controls and responsibilities clearly
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth, compliant payment processes
  • Coach and support the team, embedding strong performance standards

Other Requirements: Sometimes, you will need to take your culinary skills on the road. This role may involve a tasting tour across the UK and occasionally abroad, with overnight stays on the menu. To keep the journey smooth, a full, clean UK driving licence is one of the essential ingredients.

Contract details: Fixed Term Contract until 31/12/2026. 35hrs/week (4 days in office). Base salary, £45,000 - £55,000, dependent on experience. This role does not include a bonus or car allowance.
