Please be advised that this is a fixed term contract until 4th February 2026. The working hours are 37.5hrs/5 days, Monday to Sunday.
Main Purpose
Oversee the overall operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a well-organised and secure retail environment. Leading the store team, managing inventory and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and manage the store team to achieve sales and service goals.
- Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching and development for the team.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Monitor and drive sales performance, implementing strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, inventory reports and any other required documentation.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, organised, clean and tidy and products are displayed attractively and according to brand guidelines.
- Oversee stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock replenishment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
