The Recipe for Success: Role Summary As a member of Le Creuset’s Finance team, you’ll help shape the financial heartbeat of a brand known for timeless design and vibrant colour. From budgeting and reporting to analysis and compliance, you’ll ensure our numbers tell a clear, accurate story that supports smart decision-making across the business. Ingredients: Key Responsibilities What’s on your Daily Menu:
- Prepare accurate and timely management accounts for Wholesale and Central functions
- Produce consolidated reporting with clear, actionable insight
- Oversee Accounts Receivable and Credit Control, managing customer risk and payment cycles
- Manage Accounts Payable activities, ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time
- Maintain balance sheet integrity through reconciliations and control processes
- Oversee intercompany, stock, FX revaluations and system processes
- Process bank payments and support financial operations
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards to track performance across reporting, AP and AR
- Support strong financial governance, controls and continuous process improvement
- Partner with teams across Finance, Sales and Operations to resolve issues and drive value

What’s on your Seasonal Menu: Across the financial year, you’ll take ownership of key seasonal activities:
- Deliver monthly and year end reporting cycles and Group submissions
- Support consolidated UK IE reporting, including cashflow and balance sheet forecasts
- Strengthen financial controls and improve governance frameworks over time
- Contribute to audit readiness and compliance activities
- Support pricing, promotions and business performance analysis
- Drive continuous improvements across reporting, AR, AP and operational processes
- Play a role in ongoing transformation and finance strategy initiatives
You’ll help ensure our financial calendar runs smoothly, from month end close to year end main course.
The Perfect Blend: What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who can combine technical precision with a practical, hands-on approach: You’ll bring:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience in management accounting and financial reporting
- Understanding of IFRS/FRS102 and key accounting principles
- Experience managing AR, AP and core financial processes
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance and trends
- Confidence working in a fast paced, multi-functional environment
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

- Education: A recognised finance qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Financial Expertise: Solid experience in management reporting, financial controls and analysis, with a clear understanding of cost drivers, profitability and performance.
- Tools of the Trade: Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable using ERP systems (D365 preferred), with experience in data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI or Power Pivot.
- Perfecting the Recipe: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities early and act accordingly.
- Communication: Confident communicator, bringing people leadership experience, developing team members and ensuring strong performance across AP/AR and reporting teams. You collaborate effectively across functions and build strong relationships.
- Energy in Every Service: Enthusiasm, resilience and a continuous improvement mindset, always looking to refine processes and improve outcomes. You adapt quickly and stay focused in a fast-moving environment.
Other Requirements: Sometimes, you’ll need to take your culinary skills on the road. This role may involve a tasting tour across the UK and occasionally abroad, with overnight stays on the menu. A full, clean UK driving licence is one of the essential ingredients.
