The Recipe for Success: Role Summary
Le Creuset is building a hospitality-led Digital Workplace, where every colleague is treated as a guest. As a Digital Workplace Analyst, you will keep colleagues productive by delivering excellent end-user support, running Microsoft 365 well and managing our Windows and Apple devices through Microsoft Intune and by continually improving how we work so issues are fixed once, at the cause.
Ingredients: Key Responsibilities
- End-user support and Microsoft 365 operations:
- Treat every colleague as a guest: deliver friendly, clear support, keep them informed so they never need to chase, and follow up to confirm issues are fixed.
- Resolve incidents and requests within SLA through ServiceNow remotely first, with a focus on first-time resolution (FTR).
- Record tickets accurately against the Business Service β Service Offering β CI model, and escalate with a clear diagnosis where needed.
- Administer Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange Online permissions, groups, mailboxes and policies to global standards.
- Support joiner, mover and leaver changes and make sure new joiners have devices and access working on day one.
- Support identity and access in Entra ID MFA, self-service password reset and Conditional Access issues working with Information Security.
- Endpoint management (Intune, Autopilot, Apple):
- Manage the Windows and Apple device lifecycle through Microsoft Intune.
- Windows Autopilot and Apple Business Manager enrolment, configuration, compliance, apps, patching and retire/wipe.
- Make sure every new build works first time for each user profile, testing builds and updates against the applications colleagues rely on.
- Monitor device health, compliance and update status using Intune (including Endpoint analytics), ThreatAware and the Microsoft 365 Apps admin centre, and act before colleagues are affected.
- Keep asset records accurate, and contribute to global build standards with the Intune & EUC Product Owner.
- Continuous improvement and knowledge management:
- Find the cause of repeat issues and fix them for good, contributing to Problem Management and improvement sprints.
- Shift work left: write and maintain clear ServiceNow knowledge articles and how-to guides, and turn recurring requests into self-service or automation.
- Use data β ticket trends, device health and colleague feedback β to suggest and deliver improvements, and use AI tools such as Copilot Chat to troubleshoot, validating output before acting on it.
Whats on your Seasonal Menu:
- Connectivity: first-line checks of office Wi-Fi and LAN using the Cisco Meraki dashboard, escalating to Infrastructure, who own the network.
- Retail and warehouse (transition period): first-line support for UK stores and the UK warehouse, with handover to the Retail & Warehousing team as it takes ownership.
- Adoption: help colleagues use Microsoft 365 and Copilot well day to day, and support adoption activities when asked.
The Perfect Blend: What We Are Looking For
- Excellent communication and a genuine hospitality mindset β a core requirement of the role.
- 2+ years experience in end-user computing, desktop or digital workplace support in a Microsoft 365 environment.
- Hands-on Microsoft Intune experience for Windows and Apple devices, including Windows Autopilot and/or Apple Business Manager.
- Working knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange Online administration, and Entra ID fundamentals.
- Strong Windows 11, macOS and iOS/iPadOS troubleshooting; disciplined ITSM practice and clear documentation.
- A continuous improvement mindset β fixes the cause, not just the ticket β and sound judgement using AI tools.
- ITIL 4 Foundation (or later), or achieved within six months.
