The Recipe for Success: Role Summary As Commercial Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for the execution, coordination and continuous optimisation of commercial marketing activity, ensuring every customer touchpoint is prepared and served to the highest possible standard across our Own Retail boutiques and key retail partners, including John Lewis Partnership and Harrods. A key ingredient of the role is helping establish Own Retail as one of Le Creuset's most inspiring brand experience channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bringing Our Boutiques to Life: Serving up engaging retail campaigns that transform browsing shoppers into loyal Le Creuset enthusiasts through meaningful and memorable experiences.
- Executing Wholesale Marketing Activations: Delivering marketing campaigns and activations for key retail partners, ensuring all activity is executed on time and to the highest standard.
- Delivering Exceptional Events & Experiences: Coordinating the logistics, materials and execution of in-store events, festivals, trade shows and brand activations.
- Measuring Success: Tracking campaign performance through key commercial metrics such as footfall, engagement, conversion and sell-through.
- Collaborating Across the Business: Working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Retail, Sales, Category Merchandising and European Centre of Excellence teams to ensure smooth delivery of activity.

Skills & Qualifications - Essential Ingredients:
- Proven experience in Retail Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Experiential Marketing, Brand Activation or a related discipline within a premium, luxury, lifestyle, hospitality or consumer-facing brand.
- A strong track record of planning and delivering in-store campaigns, customer events, experiential activations and engagement programmes that drive brand awareness, footfall and loyalty.
- Experience creating premium retail experiences, including retail theatre, visual merchandising initiatives, launch events and customer-focused activations.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, agencies, suppliers and operational teams to deliver high-quality marketing activity on time and within budget.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience measuring success through key retail metrics, using data and insights to continuously improve performance.
- An understanding of direct-to-consumer retail environments and a passion for creating memorable customer journeys from first interaction through to purchase and beyond.
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Other Requirements: You’ll be office-based in Andover four days per week, working closely with the wider marketing and cross-functional teams to keep everything running like a well-organised kitchen.
