Main duties
As the first point of contact for the world’s premier culinary arts institute, you aren’t just an administrator - you are a brand ambassador and a dream-maker. You will guide prospective students from several countries through the transformative journey of joining Le Cordon Bleu London, ensuring every interaction reflects the institute’s heritage of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest quality counselling to prospective students
- Proactively engage with prospects primarily over the phone, while also using a variety of online and offline channels including, but not limited to email, messaging apps and in person.
- Follow up on new and existing enquiries, to drive applications and exceed enrolment targets.
- Increase conversion at all stages throughout the student lifecycle, from lead to landing, working to Key Performance Indicator (KPIs)
- Own and manage pipeline of B2C and B2B prospects from agents, school tours and recruitment activities abroad.
- Support with the development of student recruitment strategy for the UK
