The Head of Sales and Business Development is responsible for driving students to Le Cordon Bleu network of institutes worldwide through the co-ordination of sales and marketing activities, within their assigned budget.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Marketing and Sales Plan to achieve KPI’s.
- Manage and train sales team to achieve budget.
- EMP Management, Active Campaign, tracking inquiries, and sales document management.
- Suggest business development and collaboration with third parties for B2B, study programmes and bridge programmes.
- Report on Sales & Marketing activities.
Tasks:
- Develop a sales and marketing strategy to achieve sales goals and revenues.
- Undertake market research, competitor analysis and surveys.
- Undertake data and sales performance analysis and recommendations.
- Develop a marketing plan for leads creation and conversion (sales strategies, activities, targets, resource inputs, budget, reporting).
