Main duties

As the first point of contact for the world’s premier culinary arts institute, you aren’t just an administrator - you are a brand ambassador and a dream-maker. You will guide prospective students from several countries through the transformative journey of joining Le Cordon Bleu London, ensuring every interaction reflects the institute’s heritage of excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the highest quality counselling to prospective students.
  • Proactively engage with prospects primarily over the phone, while also using a variety of online and offline channels including, but not limited to email, messaging apps and in person.
  • Follow up on new and existing enquiries, to drive applications and exceed enrolment targets.
  • Increase conversion at all stages throughout the student lifecycle, from lead to landing, working to Key Performance Indicator (KPIs).
  • Own and manage pipeline of B2C and B2B prospects from agents, school tours and recruitment activities abroad.
  • Support with the development of student recruitment strategy for the UK & International markets.
  • Own and manage online and in-person events, coordinating with regional offices for fairs and events.
  • Liaise with Regional offices (HUB) to promote Le Cordon Bleu London and its programmes.
  • Assist with termly Orientation and Graduation.

About the candidate

  • Fluent in English, with excellent telephone manners and impeccable writing skills.
  • At least 1+ year experience in a student recruitment or admissions setting.
  • User experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Demonstrable record of delivering on ambitious targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ability to multitask while prioritising key items, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Client-focused team player who can quickly build and maintain rapport with a range of audiences.
  • Passionate about hospitality, restaurants & food.

  • Highly communicative, pro-active.
