We have recently opened Le Café NAC, a brand-new all-day dining concept in Belgravia, and we’re looking for an exceptional Waiter to join our front-of-house team. This exciting new venue will offer French-inspired food and drinks with global influences, all served in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere in one of London’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.
As a Waiter at Le Café NAC, you will be the face of the guest experience — welcoming, guiding, and serving diners with warmth, professionalism, and flair. You’ll work across all day, from breakfast to dinner, ensuring each guest feels valued and cared for. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality, a love of great food and drink, and a desire to be part of a dynamic, design-led environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Guest Experience & Service: Deliver warm, attentive, and personalised service to all guests. Guide guests through the menu with confidence and enthusiasm. Take accurate food and drink orders and liaise efficiently with the kitchen and bar. Ensure each table is looked after from start to finish with grace and efficiency.
- Teamwork & Communication: Collaborate closely with fellow waiters, runners, hosts, and management. Maintain smooth service flow during busy periods through clear communication and teamwork. Assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members when needed.
- Cleanliness & Presentation: Maintain a clean and polished section, ensuring tables are always guest-ready. Support in daily opening, closing, and cleaning routines. Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
- Brand Representation: Embody the Le Café NAC spirit – stylish, friendly, knowledgeable, and composed. Promote our food, drinks, and culture with passion and authenticity. Consistently contribute to a welcoming and elegant dining atmosphere.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter in a premium or high-volume hospitality environment.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for great service.
- Excellent table management, attention to detail, and timekeeping.
- Confident with POS systems and order-taking on handheld devices.
- Able to remain calm and friendly under pressure.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.
