We’re opening Le Café NAC, a brand-new all-day dining concept in Belgravia, and we’re looking for an exceptional Pastry Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our pastry team. This exciting new venue will offer French-inspired food and drinks with global influences, set in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere in one of London’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.

Le Café NAC is the latest addition to BVC Hospitality, which operates a portfolio of innovative, globally recognised food concepts including NAC, Crème, 74 Duke, and Supernova. With a strong presence in London, Paris, and the Middle East, BVC Group is known for blending creativity with operational excellence, delivering outstanding dining experiences across multiple markets. POSITION SUMMARY

As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will work closely with the Head Pastry Chef and Pastry Sous Chef to deliver outstanding pastry products that reflect the culinary identity of Le Café NAC. This is a hands‑on role that requires strong technical skill, passion, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for producing a range of pastries, viennoiseries, and plated desserts to the highest standards, while supporting the team in maintaining an efficient and inspiring kitchen environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and produce a variety of pastries, viennoiseries, cakes, tarts, and desserts with precision and consistency
  • Maintain high standards of quality, taste, and presentation at all times
  • Support the senior pastry team in daily mise en place and service operations
  • Contribute to recipe development and seasonal menu planning
  • Ensure a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation
  • Adhere to all food safety and health regulations
  • Assist in stock rotation, inventory checks, and minimising waste
  • Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow and communication

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Pastry CDP or Demi Chef de Partie in a high‑quality, fast‑paced kitchen
  • Strong hands‑on experience with viennoiserie and laminated dough is essential
  • Solid skills in tarts, cakes, and modern pastry techniques
  • A passion for beautifully crafted pastry and precise presentation
  • A team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain consistency during busy service
  • A desire to learn, grow, and contribute creatively to the pastry offering
