Le Café NAC is a new all‑day dining concept in Belgravia, and we’re looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This exciting venue offers French‑inspired food and drinks with global influences, set in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere in one of London’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.

Position Summary

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a designated section of the kitchen and ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards. Working under the guidance of the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience at every service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of your section, ensuring high standards of prep, cooking, and presentation.
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver consistent, high‑quality dishes.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in your section at all times.
  • Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and minimising food waste.
  • Follow recipes and kitchen procedures while contributing ideas for improvement.
  • Train and support junior team members as needed, fostering a collaborative kitchen culture.
  • Uphold food safety, allergen, and health & safety guidelines at all times.
Key Requirements
