Position SummaryAs Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a designated section of the kitchen and ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards. Working under the guidance of the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience at every service.
Key Responsibilities- Take full ownership of your section, ensuring high standards of prep, cooking, and presentation.
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver consistent, high‑quality dishes.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in your section at all times.
- Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and minimising food waste.
- Follow recipes and kitchen procedures while contributing ideas for improvement.
- Train and support junior team members as needed, fostering a collaborative kitchen culture.
- Uphold food safety, allergen, and health & safety guidelines at all times.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a fast‑paced, quality‑driven kitchen.
