We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal / Executive Assistant to support our Le Boat Executive Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment, providing exceptional administrative support across diary management, travel coordination, expense processing, and leading the planning of our two major annual conferences for the Distribution and Operations teams.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Manage complex diaries for the Managing Director and Executive Team, maintaining accurate calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring full meeting preparation.
  • Schedule company‑wide, departmental and team meetings, ensuring efficient coordination and timely communication.
  • Prepare meeting documents, agendas and presentations, and follow up on action items as required.
  • Liaise with international colleagues to coordinate attendance at meetings, events and conferences—occasionally requiring flexibility to work outside standard hours, including UK.
