We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Restaurant General Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and team.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all restaurant areas, including the dining room, kitchen, bar, washrooms, and staff areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces.
- Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas as required.
- Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste according to hygiene and recycling procedures.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and restroom amenities.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with deep cleaning of kitchen equipment, storage areas, refrigerators, and other facilities on a scheduled basis.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management team.
- Follow all workplace safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
Requirements
