We’re looking for a capable, commercially aware Digital Marketing Manager to build, run and improve high-performing marketing systems. This role is about execution, optimisation and ownership. If you enjoy connecting the dots and improving performance over time, you’ll thrive here.

Who We Are

God-mode designers. Performance perfectionists. Straight-talkers. We are LDOT®, a digital-first marketing agency in Southampton with a simple obsession: design that blows jaws off and campaigns that actually deliver ROI. No jargon. No fluff. Just world-class work that punches above its weight and makes competitors cry into their dashboards.

A big part of that is LeadTap®, our proven growth system for service businesses. Built and delivered by LDOT®, it combines ads, landing pages, CRM, automation and follow-up into one powerful lead-generation engine. It is performance marketing engineered properly - and we back it with a money-back guarantee if it does not deliver. We are growing fast. Bigger clients. Bigger projects. Bigger ambition.

Now we’re looking for a Digital Performance Manager who can help us scale performance the right way.

The Role

This role sits at the heart of our growth engine. You will be responsible for building, launching and optimising LeadTap® systems for clients - connecting paid media, landing pages, CRM, automation and reporting into one cohesive performance machine. You’ll work across the full funnel:

  • From traffic generation
  • To conversion
  • To follow-up
  • To ROI

Your focus is not just launching campaigns, but improving them — strengthening conversion rates, identifying bottlenecks and implementing structured optimisation. We have a clear methodology for how we build and scale campaigns, and you’ll be trained to deliver it consistently. This is a hands-on, commercially accountable role with real ownership.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Launching and maintaining WordPress websites and landing pages
  • Building and refining LeadTap® funnels
  • Connecting paid media, landing pages, CRM and reporting systems
  • Managing and optimising Google Ads and Meta campaigns
  • Monitoring performance data and implementing improvements
  • Running structured A/B testing and optimisation
  • Maintaining accurate tracking and integrations
  • Writing and scheduling marketing emails

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Confidence using WordPress, including plugins and integrations
  • Understanding of funnels and conversion journeys
  • Exposure to Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Ability to interpret performance data and take action
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Clear written communication
  • Commercial awareness and focus on ROI

You think in terms of outcomes. You naturally look for ways to improve performance, increase conversion rates and strengthen results. We have a clear methodology for building and running campaigns, and you’ll be trained to apply it consistently.

The Opportunity

You’ll gain exposure across paid media, websites, CRM and automation. You’ll build marketing systems that drive measurable results. There is room to grow in responsibility as the agency scales.

Why LDOT®?

  • Work on campaigns that drive real revenue
  • Develop genuine full-funnel performance capability
  • Be trusted with ownership
  • Grow quickly in a high-performance environment

Ready To Apply?

If you’re organised, commercially sharp and ready to build and improve marketing systems that convert, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now.
