What Youll Be Doing
- Registering new applicants and building strong rapport with potential buyers.
- Arranging and conducting property viewings, followed by timely vendor feedback.
- Negotiating sales offers between vendors and buyers.
- Booking valuation appointments
- Referring clients to mortgage brokers and solicitors.
- Liaising regularly with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other estate agents to progress sales.
- Maintaining accurate records of all activities using CRM systems.
- Delivering a 5-star customer experience from start to finish.
- Previous experience in a property sales role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and rapport-building abilities.
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working towards targets.
- Knowledge of the local property market is a big advantage.
