What Youll Be Doing

  • Registering new applicants and building strong rapport with potential buyers.
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings, followed by timely vendor feedback.
  • Negotiating sales offers between vendors and buyers.
  • Booking valuation appointments
  • Referring clients to mortgage brokers and solicitors.
  • Liaising regularly with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other estate agents to progress sales.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all activities using CRM systems.
  • Delivering a 5-star customer experience from start to finish.
