We are looking for a Senior Project Manager/Project Lead to oversee a large public realm landscaping package (circa £12 million) in Central London.
Responsibilities:
- Manage public realm scheme, including RC Works, Drainage Works, Lighting and Services, Hard and soft finish, attenuation tanks.
- Lead large teams of direct reports on site, including site and project managers.
- Track and update job programmes using Asta Easyplan.
- Track and manage commercial changes/variations.
- Ensure compliance with Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS).
- Maintain strong IT skills for programme and commercial tracking.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing projects to the value of £10 million plus.
- Strong engineering/Building background.
- NVQ level 6 or 7 in construction management or a relevant qualification.
- Black or white CSCS card holder.
- Commutable distance to Central London and happy to be site based on a daily basis.
- Experience of public realm landscaping.
- SMSTS certification.
- Strong IT skills.
