Salary: £26,000‑£29,000 FTE (based on experience) per annum based on 37.5 hours per week
Holiday Entitlement: Pro‑rated full‑time entitlement of 30 days during each full holiday year (including bank holidays)

Your Impact
As an Receptionist / Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations of LDN PHYSIO clinics. Your responsibilities will range from managing therapist schedules to handling client bookings (front of house / phone / email), clinic financial responsibilities, nurturing partnerships, and helping to maintain essential administrative functions.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Proficient in using standard office software and patient management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional approach.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and manage a busy reception environment effectively.
