We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Delivery Manager to genuinely change people's lives by managing the delivery of our Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Practitioner apprenticeship programmes and ensuring these are quality assured to the required standards. If you want to join a fast-growing and friendly apprenticeship company this is the job for you. The role will be predominantly remote with at least one day a month at our South London office.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Work as an inspiring manager to ensure Skills Coaches are supported and feel confident in delivering training and assessment.
- Effectively manage and develop your team towards agreed levels of performance / KPIs and to the required standards.
- Ensure all activities continually meet the needs of our learners and be responsible for maintaining the quality assurance of our qualifications in line with awarding organisation requirements, Ofsted and the Company's internal quality assurance procedures.
- Support the Head of Portfolio in planning and delivering a high-quality curriculum and learning experience.
- Ensure resources and training materials give opportunities for Skills Coaches to support their apprentices to be successful in their careers and become responsible British Citizens.
- Support Skills Coaches with learners at risk and act as a point of escalation to resolve issues and risks with clients.
- Produce IQA and observation feedback reports for your team, identifying areas for improvement and sourcing CPD opportunities.
- Successfully guide Skills Coaches through the requirements of the Assessment Plan and EPA for relevant Apprenticeship Standards, ensuring that apprentice portfolios meet all KSBs for the relevant standard before submitting all evidence to the EPAO.
- Work with the Head of Portfolio to manage the relationship with the relevant EPAOs, including attending regular meetings with EPAO account managers.
- Support the Hiring Manager in recruiting the best coaches for the programmes that you deliver.
- Support with programme reviews where relevant.
- Knowledge of Apprenticeship-related regulations, standards and IQA processes.
- Knowledge of apprenticeship delivery, and of the role of Skills Coaches/ Tutors.
- Knowledge of the L4 Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Practitioner standard.
- Previous management or supervisory experience.
- Strong background in managing high-quality learning programmes.
- Have excellent IT skills and relevant technical knowledge.
- A good understanding of using Salesforce would be an advantage.
- Communicate effectively with people at all levels from apprentices to the CEO, and do so with compassion, maturity and professionalism.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently/problem-solving.
- Be innovative and bring new ideas and drive continuous quality improvement.
