Salary: up to £55,000 + OTELocation: Stockwell, Central London - Hybrid (London office 1 day per month)

Purpose of Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Mid-Market Growth Lead to join our growing Corporate Partnership team. The role is to accelerate LDN’s growth by securing new mid‑market corporate customers aligned to LDN’s Ideal Customer Profile. This is a new role in the business and you will report to the Head of Corporate Partnerships. Operating as a dedicated hunter, the role focuses on new customer acquisition, positioning LDN’s quality, agility and market‑relevant programmes to organisations navigating skills gaps, transformation and future‑capability needs. The role plays a critical part in expanding LDN’s presence in data‑rich, innovation‑led and transformation‑focused sectors, and in supporting the successful launch of new apprenticeship products and Apprenticeship Units to market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue & Pipeline Growth
    • Deliver against an annual new‑business target of c. £700k–£750k in sales value.
    • Build, manage and progress a robust new‑logo pipeline within Salesforce.
    • Own opportunities through first deal close before structured handover to the Corporate Partnership Manager team.
    • Execute high‑quality discovery, qualification and proposal activity.
  • New Business Acquisition
    • Proactively identify, target and convert mid‑market organisations aligned to LDN’s Ideal Customer Profile.
    • Use insight‑led, challenge‑based selling approaches.
    • Operate effectively across deal sizes, typically £15k–£60k starter programmes, with no upper limit.
    • Engage confidently with single and multi‑stakeholder buying groups.
  • Market & Sector Development
    • Build LDN’s presence within data, technology, analytics and transformation‑led sectors.
    • Develop understanding of sector‑specific challenges and translate these into apprenticeship solutions.
  • New Product & Campaign Enablement
    • Act as field‑execution lead for new product and Apprenticeship Unit launches.
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging and positioning.
    • Coach colleagues on stakeholder engagement and customer narratives.
  • Marketing Collaboration & Lead Management
    • Work closely with email, content and campaign marketing functions.
    • Manage a blended inbound and outbound pipeline (c.50/50).
    • Ensure timely progression of marketing‑generated leads.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Maintain disciplined Salesforce hygiene and forecasting accuracy.
    • Contribute to team cadence, insight sharing and best practice.
    • Support compliance and quality standards through effective handover.

KPIs

  • New‑business revenue secured against quarterly and annual targets.
  • Volume and value of new customer opportunities.
  • Lead conversion and pipeline quality.

  • Experience in apprenticeship sales or B2B sales.
  • Confident, insight‑led communicator capable of challenging and advising customers.
  • High levels of organisation, attention to detail and pipeline discipline.
